The Flour Bluff Athletics Hornet of the Week is Rayden Campbell. Rayden is a Senior on the Hornet Football team as well as a Team Captain. After many college offers, Rayden has made the choice to continue his football career and has committed to play football at University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio.  Rayden was named All South Texas Defensive Back as well as named as Defensive Back MVP of the District. He is a true representation of the Hornet characteristics of Class, Pride, and Heart.

What do you enjoy most about playing football?

I enjoy playing football because of the opportunity to compete and the excitement that you get from winning.

Do you have any pre-game rituals?

I like to watch Ed Reed highlights before every game.

What is your favorite class?

I would have to say Athletics is my favorite class.

What is your favorite football movie?

My favorite football movie is Blue Mountain State.

Do you have a favorite professional team?

My favorite team is the Green Bay Packers.

My favorite food is pizza.
