Bio:

Brianna Hazlewood is a dedicated educator and coach from Corpus Christi, Texas, with a passion for fostering growth in her students and athletes. Born on April 4th, Brianna pursued her academic goals at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and went on to complete her master’s degree in Special Education.

Her educational background equips her with unique insights into supporting diverse learning needs, making her a compassionate and effective teacher. Currently, Brianna serves as a high school science teacher, instructing courses in Integrated Physics & Chemistry and Environmental Systems. Her approach to teaching emphasizes engagement and real-world applications, inspiring her students to explore the sciences with curiosity and enthusiasm. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Brianna has taken on the role of the SWARM Age Group Swim Coach for the 2023-2025 seasons, where she shares her love for swimming and encourages young athletes to cultivate their talents in the sport.

Outside of her professional life, Brianna is an avid animal lover with three dogs who bring joy to her everyday life. Recently, she has embraced new challenges by getting into triathlon and running, continuously pushing her limits and setting personal goals. With a commitment to both her students and her own self-improvement, Brianna Hazlewood exemplifies the spirit of dedication, resilience, and passion in all her endeavors.
