Hailing from Caldwell, Texas, Lawanda has been coaching Junior High Volleyball, Basketball, and Track since 2014, dedicating her talents and energy to helping young athletes develop their skills and foster a love for sports. Her approach focuses on teamwork, discipline, and the importance of a solid work ethic, which she believes are essential qualities not only in sports but also in life.

Lawanda is also an accomplished scholar, having earned her Master’s degree from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
