Rebecca Berthold is a dedicated Junior High Athletic Trainer at Flour Bluff ISD, bringing her extensive knowledge and experience to the young athletes in her community.

Originally hailing from Jacksonville, Florida, Rebecca has been a certified athletic trainer since 2008. With a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Florida and a Master’s degree from the University of Virginia, she possesses a solid academic foundation that complements her hands-on experience in athletic training. Throughout her career, Rebecca has worked in both Florida and Virginia, where she developed a passion for fostering the health and well-being of student-athletes. Her commitment to injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement has made her a respected figure amongst students and staff alike.

At Flour Bluff ISD, she plays an integral role in coaching and supporting junior high athletes, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to excel both in sports and in their personal development. Balancing her professional life, Rebecca is also a proud wife to her husband, Matthew, and a devoted mother to their two children, Hunter and Cameron.
