Bio:

Rebecca Yniguez was born on April 24 and proudly calls Corpus Christi her hometown. A graduate of Flour Bluff High School, Rebecca has deep roots in her community and a lifelong connection to Flour Bluff ISD. After high school, she went on to earn her bachelor’s degree from Texas A\&M University-Corpus Christi, preparing her for a career dedicated to education and coaching.

Currently, Rebecca serves as the assistant golf coach at Flour Bluff ISD while also working as a first and second grade interventionist. Her dual role allows her to make a lasting impact on students both inside the classroom and out on the course. She takes great pride in helping young learners build a strong academic foundation and supporting athletes as they grow in skill, discipline, and character.

Family is at the heart of Rebecca’s life. She and her husband, Rick, have three daughters—Sarah, Kate, and Claire—all of whom graduated from Flour Bluff ISD. Her family’s legacy within the district is a reflection of her commitment to education and community. Rebecca continues to dedicate her time, passion, and energy to serving Flour Bluff students, carrying forward the values of family, faith, and education that guide her every day.
