His early experiences in the school district fueled his passion for sports and education, leading him to pursue a career in coaching. Richard’s dedication to fostering talent and instilling values of teamwork and perseverance make him a key figure at Flour Bluff ISD, where he currently coaches both football and girls’ soccer. After completing his undergraduate education, Richard furthered his academic journey by earning a master’s degree from Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
