Coach Rodgers, the architect of “O-Line U”, of brings over 46 years of experience to the football field, building a reputation as one of the most respected and accomplished coaches in the game. Throughout his career, Coach Rodgers has worked tirelessly to develop winning programs and help shape the lives of countless student-athletes.

Having coached at all levels of the game, Rodgers specializes in Offensive Line play, where his expertise in technique, player development, and game strategy has helped transform numerous teams into formidable forces on the field. Known for his detailed approach to offensive line fundamentals, Coach Rodgers has a knack for maximizing his players’ potential, instilling a sense of discipline, toughness, and teamwork that transcends the football field.

In addition to his technical coaching skills, Rodgers serves as Assistant Head Coach, working closely with the head coach to help lead and guide the overall direction of the program. His leadership extends beyond X’s and O’s, as he is deeply committed to fostering a positive team culture that emphasizes accountability, hard work, and mutual respect.
