Bio:
Coach Chelsea Spoor, a native of Copperas Cove, Texas, is the Head Girls Soccer Coach at Flour Bluff High School, where she brings energy, expertise, and a deep commitment to empowering young athletes. With a bachelor’s degree from Southwestern University and a master’s from Texas A&M University, Coach Spoor combines her strong educational background with years of coaching experience to lead the Hornet girls’ soccer team.
Coach Spoor began her career at Copperas Cove High School in 2013, where she coached for seven years and built a reputation for fostering both athletic excellence and team unity. In 2020, she joined Flour Bluff High School, where her leadership and enthusiasm have quickly made her an integral part of the Hornet athletics community. Known for her motivational coaching style, Coach Spoor emphasizes teamwork, resilience, and personal growth, guiding her players to excel both on and off the field.
Outside of her coaching career, Coach Spoor shares her life with her husband, Kirk, and their two daughters, Kennedy and Collins. The Spoor family is proud to be part of the Flour Bluff community, where Coach Spoor continues to make a positive impact as a mentor, coach, and role model for her players. Her dedication to developing confident, capable athletes has solidified her role as a valued leader in the Hornet athletic program.
