The Flour Bluff Hornet Golf teams swept through the Alice Invitational Tournament.  Both the Boys and Girls Golf teams took home the team titles.

The FB Varsity Boys Golf team took first place at the tournament over the weekend. The Hornet’s shot their best two day totals of the year on their way to the tournament title (312, 306). Hornet Medalists included Tournament winner Ethan Ming. John Chapa placed second, while Jaymin Delafuente placed fifth. Kamron Snodgrass came in with 80, 84, and Carson Gulley rounded out the team firing 88 and 78.

The Varsity Girls followed up by also winning the tournament title on Monday.  The Hornets shot a season low of 330. First Place Medalist Kaylie Chapa fired a tournament low 73.  Valentina Torres took second place by shooting 78.   Katelyn Habib finished in fourth place with an 84.  Jill Zimmerman ended up with 95 and Ferrell Tugman rounded out the squad at 99.
