The Hornet of the Week is awarded to Flour Bluff Student-Athletes who exhibit Class, Pride, and Heart on and off the athletic field. This award recognizes Student-Athletes who are well-rounded representations of what Hornet Student-Athletes should be

The Hornet of the Week is Two Sport Star Aiden Tovar.  In addition to leading the team in interceptions, Aiden is also a member of the Hornet Leadership team. He runs track for the Hornets.  Off the Field, Aiden is a top notch student in the Health Science program. After Graduation, Aiden plans to pursue a degree in Nursing and become a Travel Nurse.  He is a true model of the Hornet characteristics of Class, Pride, and Heart.
