The Hornet of the Week is awarded to Flour Bluff Student-Athletes who exhibit Class, Pride, and Heart on and off the athletic field. This award recognizes Student-Athletes who are well-rounded representations of what Hornet Student-Athletes should be.

This Week’s Hornet of the Week is Camden Korsmo. Camden is a Senior captain of the Hornet Soccer Team. Camden is president of the National Honors Society. Camden is also Battalion CO of NJROTC. Camden is a certified private pilot and Eagle Scout. Camden volunteers at the USS Lexington.  After high school, Camden plans on joining the United States Naval Academy majoring in Astrospace Engineering.
