The Flour Bluff Athletics Hornet of the Week is Christopher Farah.  A lifelong Hornet, Christopher is a senior infielder and team leader on the Hornet Baseball Team.  Christopher is just as exceptional in the classroom, where he is in the top ten percent of his graduating class.  He is also a member of the National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, and the Key Club.  Christopher Farah is an example of the Hornet characteristics of Class, Pride, and Heart.

What do you enjoy most about playing baseball?

I like the fact that each game is different from the one before, so any team can win on any given day.

Do you have any pre-game rituals?

I listen to music to help me get pumped up and excited for the game.

What type of volunteer work are you involved in within your community?

I help volunteer at the Food Bank of Corpus Christi where we distribute food to families in need.

What is your favorite sports movie?

My favorite movie is “Miracle”.

What are your plans after graduation?

I am going to attend Texas A&M University to study Engineering.
