The Flour Bluff Athletics Hornet of the Week is Léa Le Clech. Lea is a foreign exchange student from France. She is an outstanding person who has done amazing work in and out of the classroom. In addition to being a manager for the Hornet Boys Soccer Team, Lea is also a talented photographer who draws upon the French culture for inspiration. She is also a very talented filmmaker and member of the UIL Film Team. Lea’s narrative documentary entry for the UIL Film Team advanced to the 3rd round of competition this school year. As a member of the Flour Bluff Athletics Sports Information class, her talent, kindness, and positivity have been true assets. Lea’s well rounded personality and the different perspectives she expresses have benefitted the Hornet Nation. Lea shows the true embodiment of Class, Pride, and Heart.

I come from France and I speak 4 languages ( French, English, Spanish and Italian).

What are your plans after graduation?
I am going to go back to France to study Journalism.

I am volunteer at the Padre Island National Seashore.
