The Junior High Tennis team was victorious at the District 29-5A Tournament last weekend.  Both the 7th and 8th grade teams won first place at the tournament, which was held at Flour Bluff.  The 8^th grade won 1^st place scoring 95 points, and the 7^th grade won 1^st place scoring 90 points.

In the 8^th grade the following athletes achieved individual success:

• Ella Blentlinger 2^nd in Girl’s Singles
• Lauren Hill and Stacey Egolf 1^st in Girl’s Doubles
• Sierra Ingram and Gabi Oller 4^th in Girl’s Doubles
• Colton Hooper 2^nd in Boy’s Singles
• James Baier 3^rd in Boy’s Singles
• Nathaniel Crossland and Kortlynn Howard 3^rd in Mixed Doubles

In the 7^th grade the following athletes achieved individual success:

• Jazzy Price 2^nd in Girl’s Singles
• Laurianne Gaillard and Paige Farah 1^st in Girl’s Doubles
• Addyson Grunberg and Presley Spittler 3^rd in Girl’s Doubles
• Scott Pfeffer and Christian Espinoza 2^nd in Boy’s Doubles
• Maelynd Sinnreich and Levi Poland 3^rd in Mixed Doubles
