Congratulations to the Lady Hornet Cross-Country team. The Lady Hornets held on in a tough race to finish 3rd place at the District 29-5A Championships at Dugan Field on Friday, October 15, 2021. The Lady Hornets are Jillian Martinez, Mary Ritchie, Kirra Phillips, Ella VanTilburg, Zuri Richarson, Rayanna Flores and Madison Sutterfield.

In addition, Senior Rayanna Flores finished 3rd place overall and Junior Madison Sutterfield raced her way to a District Championship, finishing 1st place with a 3-mile time of 20:55.

Congratulations Rayanna, Madison and the Lady Hornet Cross-Country team. Come out and support them as they compete in the Region IV Cross-Country Championships on Monday, October 25th at Dugan Field.
