Flour Bluff Hornet, Olen Defoure, has recently signed to play baseball at Brookhaven College, a community college in Dallas, Texas.  Brookhaven College is a Region 5 member of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA).  Olen will be an outfielder/left handed pitcher for the Bears, and he will compete in a collegiate league this upcoming summer.
